Shamim Rizvi is a seasoned business leader and Principal Consultant with over 25 years of diverse industry experience spanning polymers, chemical dyestuffs, information technology, digital transformation, and organizational development. As an Associate Consultant at Business Management Consultants, his core expertise lies in business transformation, human capital development, organizational change, strategic planning, and leadership development.
Early in his career, Shamim led a field engineering office in the polymer sector, where he pioneered the establishment of one of Gujarat’s first high-capacity plastics co-extrusion sheet plants. From feasibility and front-end engineering to commissioning and operations, he steered the project end-to-end, demonstrating strategic vision, technical mastery, and executional excellence. As a technocrat specializing in plastic sheet extrusion technology, he continues to advise manufacturing organizations on process optimization, system integration, and operational excellence.
Over the past six years, Shamim has expanded his focus toward the human side of leadership, building deep expertise in cognitive and socio-emotional development, psychological growth, and leadership transformation. He works closely with organizations to embed modern leadership practices into culture through advanced learning and development programs.
